Service Description
In this luxe service, clients will receive a porosity test, treatment, deep condition, curl shaping, wash and go style and product recommendations. Clients who purchase the recommended products at the time of service will receive up to 30% off their products.
Cancellation Policy
TIME: All appointments are allotted a 15 min grace period. If you are 15 min late for your appointment with no prior notice AT LEAST 45 min before set time, you will be charged an additional $25 extra to your remaining balance. I'm understanding and realize that things happen so please communicate. On fully booked days, I will do my best to reach out at least an hr ahead with a courtesy text if I am behind. CANCELLATIONS: Same day cancellations and no shows, with no prior communication at least an hr before scheduled time result in a no show and are not able to book for future services. Each Client is allotted no more than 1 reschedule. After 1 missed reschedule, your appointment will be canceled, and you must rebook with a new deposit. HEALTH AND SAFETY: If you, for any reason, are sick or under the weather, please cancel, reschedule, or contact me directly. DO NOT FOR ANY REASON jeopardize my health or anyone else's. FINAL PAYMENT: All final payments are accepted via Square ONLY.
